Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect electronic accessories within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened earphones and any accessories that show signs of use are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.
Return Process

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
